I feel like Ursula LeGuin would have written this into a sci-fi novel.
We need not to imagine. Ask any indigenous community and they’ll tell you the horrors straight. I’m not even being “the good savage”, but more like “see those evangelical missionaries in the deep Amazon fucking a whole culture on CIA’s dime”.
Yeah we got all the resources and knowledge to make life on earth a paradise for everyone but we don’t and let a select few hoard all the wealth instead and nobody does anything about it

This comment is what I refer to when I talked about stuff that I was triggered by. I doubt anyone will really do much since I seem to come across these types of comments a lot and I am overly sensitive to that sort of thing.
