I wonder when and how you get this giftcard with a purchase.

The language used on the German store for example is a bit vague what is an “eligible” location.

Will you get the giftcard if you buy an iPhone using the online store?
Will you get the giftcard if you buy an iPhone using a brick and mortar apple store?
