  • remove all speculation incentives from housing, fuck remove all speculation incentives full-stop, and maybe all these rich cunts will actually do something with their $ (like pay for housing to be built, since there is such a massive market for it) instead of jerk themselves off while watching lines go up.

the reason the US is falling is because we’ve built a nation of gamblers that would rather watch lines go up, and and then argue/gamble on why those lines are/arent going up, than do any actual work

the real fucked irony here is that, as a nobody working up from nothing, if you actually want to change this fucked up system and need capital to do it… by far the most time-effecient method to get it is to just syphon it out of the casino, cause all these degenerate gamblers jerking themselves off to their lines going up haven’t figured out that everybody knows the rules now…and they’re getting/going to be absolutely fleeced out of every $ they put into this bubble.

bananas are mid anyway, like red apples. nothing of value lost

they dont even have a lot of potassium, you’d have to eat like 70 bananas to get rdv of potassium.

you want rdv potassium (or most any other vitamin) you need to eat fucking vegetables

  • tbf, you actually could make quality housing, high-density housing for an affordable price, and sell (not rent) it for a profit…some real estate developers back in the day used to do this.

it’s just these businesses realized they could make even more money not building homes, if they captured legislature to get themselves a bunch of speculation incentives then just purposefully didnt build anything new while sitting on old land/buildings.

there is a long history of this same cycle of housing boom/bust going back centuries. there have been occasional surges in housing when someone with actual morals and work ethic acquired the capital to throw down housing.

  • it’s all gambling, when you buy a stock…you are speculating that current/future dividend payouts will make the price you bought in worth it. (the overwhelming majority of which, dont pay anything).

have you ever read into the history of stock markets? they originated as gambling dens for old-rich people to rip off new-rich people, that core idea has never left the casino. stockholders are bagholders to be screwed over and manipulated, the last ones holding nothing when a company goes tits up. (now, if the company is in good hands…then it might actually be a good bag to hold)

settling for some 10-20% gain in a bull-market via an index fund, just means your playing without understanding all the rules.

  • people really don’t appreciate just how powerful the truth is, in a world where we are lied to constantly.

everybody in this country who has ever had to put in an honest days work in their life knows exactly who is fucking them over, whether it’s their boss not paying enough or state/federal goons shaking their business over if they don’t play ball. this is part of why the conservative propaganda machine works so well.

they offer a slice of the truth, there’s somebody controlling things behind the scenes etc. (filling in the rest with bullshit of course).

meanwhile the schumers and pelosi’s give some obvious fake bullshit about how we’re all in this together, when we can literally look up every time any D/R betrayed their constitutes (not that they actually try to win those “safe” R districts anyway, being controlled opposition). Like…how can Pelosi say with a straight face on TV that “trading his her husbands thing, i dont know anything about that” when you can literally see in real time she day trades…lying ass bitch

everybody knows the fucking game now, saying anything other than the truth just loses you voters. seen very clearly with kamala’s campaign after biden stepped down, she actually might have won it if it weren’t obvious after the 2nd week that she was just going to be another Obama lying about Hope and Change
