If I ever actually went outside for something other than work I would abuse the shit out of the cold weather and wear fem outer layers. I did get a turtleneck sweater recently and I need to get a new hoodie, preferably one that goes past my butt.

I’m just following the instructions my doctor gave me. I already went a month without progesterone because she refused to send a refill before my results came back. Wasn’t testing for progesterone levels. Not to mention whatever issue happened where they struggled to change pharmacies so I had to keep calling to tell them to move it.

I should probably see about getting more comprehensive blood work done, actually.

You’re injecting and taking an anti-androgen? You should be able to just do monotherapy.

I was doing 5mg of valerate every 7 days, I got my blood drawn about 2 and a half days later and was at 489 pg/ml for estradiol and 1.1 pg/ml testosterone. My provider actually recommended I step my dose down slightly.
