Took me about an hour of reconfiguring everything in my network and still not having my phone load the damn page to finally try it on my desktop and it worked flawlessly, rebooted my phone and it finally gave me the pop up in the picture. So stupid.

It’s quite literally in the name. Recommend is to suggest something in a praising manner.

I worked for Uber in the past, and I had people puke and spill shit in my car. I always just finished the ride and then contacted Uber about it. What’s done is done, kicking them out isn’t going to get rid of the puke, it’s just going to make it unsafe for them to get home because usually if someone is drunk enough to puke they’re drunk enough that they can’t walk. Also I’d say both are to blame here, because yes the driver is mainly at fault, but I distinctly remember Uber pressing us about the fact that we didn’t need any special insurance because when we were driving for them we were under their insurance. Not sure if that’s even true or not, but this was around 2015

If the pump has 8 buttons around the screen, 99% of the time it’s the second button down on the right side.

That’s an instant death sentence if the person you’re running over is an ICE agent, however.
I hit the point a while ago of just setting my connection as metered so it doesn’t download any updates. I know it’s less secure, but I just want to use my computer and not spend hours fixing problems they create with every update.
