Come north. We’ll stand up for you, assuming pp doesn’t get elected.
I own a Magic Mouse. It sits in a drawer.
For most stuff, I use a trackpad. Except on my Thinkpad, which I use with a Mighty Mouse, because non-Apple trackpads are so annoying.
In my opinion, the Mighty Mouse was one of the best mice Apple ever made. Four click zones and a trackball, and an optical tracking system. If I’m using a mouse, a cable is not an issue. And despite me having backup Mighty Mice in case mine fails, I’ve been using my current one with no issues since 2008.
Farmers employ lots of brown people and even act as refuges for illegal immigrants. They may take advantage of brown people and be racist, but they’re not afraid of them.
Any other ideas?
Why are farmers, who are generally very intelligent people holding together a mini financial empire always on the brink of destruction, so often staunch conservatives who fall for populist rhetoric?
I don’t have these legitimate concerns, and I STILL keep stuff like that as thoughts in my head. The only reason I’d journal my thoughts is if I eventually wanted someone to read them.
I keep my journaling for things I actually do in real life that I want to keep track of.
What is the purpose for writing it down? When you know that answer, then you look for the safest way to accomplish that purpose, which probably isn’t a diary.
OAuth doesn’t require this. However, there are third party OAuth providers (cough MS) who already have the back end set up, so customers like Stripe just piggyback on the existing servers.
So in this case, your server and Stripe’s server are the users, and the third party is the OAuth provider that authenticates them to each other.
Seems to me Passkeys/Fido2 would make way more sense for this setup, but then Stripe would have to manage the technology stack themselves, and follow all the PCI DSS rules for storing/managing the information (because they do credit card processing).
Realistically, what the article suggests to me is that I should carry a burner phone when crossing borders and if I need my real phone, turn on lockdown mode and then turn it off and stow it in my luggage with the understanding that it may get confiscated and never returned.
Probably worth reading the article. There are consequences to saying “no” at the border.
US is their closest ally… because of Brexit. Two wrongs doesn’t make a right.
Aha! Trump is secretly doing the bidding of the Kiwis! No, not New Zealanders, not even the bird… it’s the fruit’s fault!
Neither can Ukraine.
Bullies aren’t usually the best people to negotiate peace between a bully and a victim who is standing up to them.
Doesn’t even name the algorithm, and somehow spells LZMA wrong, despite just having written it out longhand.
Well, it’s PC Gamer.
[edit] I still can’t figure out if they’re referencing LZW encoding… the L and Z being the same Lempel and Ziv from LZMA, but with Welch having a different solution for the rest of the algorithm due to size constraints.
Booker, not Brooks? Autocorrect?
Yeah, but Nessie has been folklore for longer than such an animal could possibly have lived. I have great great great great grandparents from the area, and it was older than them. People have been faking photographs since the photograph was invented. Before that people painted pictures or did charcoal sketches.
My point was that the guy didn’t start anything; he just continued the tradition.
Likely, yes.
I knew an Albertan who went to Texas and claimed political refugee status after the trucker rally. Eventually they came back.
You get put in holding indefinitely? Or go to El Salvador.
You can always write your own contributions!
