Max’s timing with DRS zones is so damn good. The way he ensures he has a full DRS to build up 1 second before the other car gets DRS is nuts.

Like why did Red Bull not take a punt with Perez, faster cars, on wet tyres, he could have made up a ton of places if it worked out.

Totally understand why Haas made the call on wets, surprised more lower teams didn’t try it

But equally surprised they put both drivers on wets… smart choice for lower field runners surely would be split strategy?

I’m sorry, but this is why you dont give someone who’s grossly under-performing a 2 year contract at this point of the season.

You use the possibility of a contract to motivate and then reward performance
