Nein, man darf Informationen nicht so “vereinfachen”, dass sie dann am Ende falsch sind. Cell Broadcasting ist eben nicht SMS. CB ist Einweg-Kommunikation, SMS ist was anderes. Und klar muss eine Infrastruktur aufgebaut werden, damit die vorhandenen Warnmeldungen der Alarmzentrale (füttert ja schon die Warn-App) richtig auf die Zellen verteilt werden. Aber 4 Jahre Entwicklung für 58 Millionen. Ich weiss nicht.
