We are thinking about converting a cellar room into an apartment and talked to an architect about it and he said: “Yeah, officially, don’t make it a new flat, because than you need to have 1,5(???) parking spaces to go along with it, what you do is make it part of one of your existing flats and then just sublet the new room”.
