How does Disney factor into this prediction? I’ve never been there, but it seems like an oasis in the middle of a shit desert (speaking mostly about its ability to manage itself and just generally function).

Perfect Dark really was the best. The weapons were actually interesting and the laptop gun was so much fun.

Doing it for regular people is one thing but when you say “managed” I assume you mean for businesses? That seems risky but I really don’t know much about it. Companies have more litigation money/resources than every-day folks and may be more apt to try and hold you liable for any security breaches, whether they were your fault or not. At least, that would be my fear.

I carry the Leatherman Wave with a pocket clip and most of my usage is the pliers and knife. However, I’ve used 100% of the rest of the tools at some point or another.
I’m going to guess its here: https://piefed.social/donate

It used to be Druid because I liked the flavor and the ‘ranged’ melee style of Feral. However, I’ve swapped to Paladin since Blizzard nerfed the range from most Feral abilities. Paladin does it better now AND gets to wear plate armor so kind of a win/win for me. Having something that can tank and DPS is my biggest factor for playing any class.

My experience has been similar to OPs so I’m not sure it’s that dated? My first brother-in-law (now divorced, lol wonder why) would literally say he was “babysitting” anytime he was solo with his own kids.
The hetero stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. I think it’s great that families are way more diverse in how they divide roles now than they used to be, but to pretend like these older stereotypes don’t legitimately exist is just disingenuous isn’t it?

It could theoretically be something like ulcerative colitis: https://health.clevelandclinic.org/ulcerative-colitis-and-joint-pain
Even if you have no GI symptoms, its an autoimmune disease so it can affect plenty of other things before you notice GI stuff.

~3 years ago I had the same experience when I opened Apollo and it no longer worked with Reddit.
The world kind of learned this recently when Ebola outbreak started and nobody else had stepped up to fill the void the US left.

I am immediately on the hunt for The Wire series on DVD now.

Not a big deal as long as that’s communicated to customers ahead of time. Really frustrating when it isn’t.
brew installandbrew upgradeshow a dependency summary and confirmation prompt before making changes.
Very happy to see this!
Apple/macOS is my main ‘home’ for work, creation, and general use. At work, I also deal with Linux a decent amount running a few k8s clusters. At home, I use a Windows gaming machine but literally only use it for gaming.
I think in this context they’re only talking about apps that are no longer maintained. So it is the OG reddit replacement that isn’t being maintained. But yeah, kind of weird wording all throughout.

I really don’t mean to be disrespectful but it sounds like you’ve been lucky enough to never have anything like this happen to you. I’m glad for you, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. But please realize you’re talking about an idealistic view that doesn’t match, at least my own, reality.
I know DoorDash is expensive, I’m fine paying the prices and tipping the drivers extra well. The service is useful and important to me. And taking care of the drivers with tips and them taking care of me with service IS my community. I love those people that bring me food and it means the world to me that I can get the food I need, when I need it, with such little friction. (Which btw, is not pizza and Chinese food. I WISH I could eat those things 😭) That’s well worth the extra costs I’m paying. Plus I get to support local businesses that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to patronize.
If you have issues with DoorDash or gig economy type stuff, I’d urge you to think about legislation or unionization type things that would help and evangelize for those, rather than taking it out on the patrons and drivers.

You have no idea how helpful DoorDash/Ubereats is for people with health issues and no support network. I’m not going to share any of my details but I’d be in a much worse situation if I couldn’t rely on DoorDash for meals.
I’m not even a basketball fan, but even I got loud at home during the last few minutes of this game. What an insane comeback.

It’s one of the best kept native languages and there are tons of resources online if you want to see examples or even learn it!
Its been a couple of years but I didn’t have much luck with IVPN and mlb.tv but that was really the only one I tried at the time.
