Kind of sad isn’t it? I had some lengthy discussions with someone who worked for Atari in the 70s/80s and the amount of magic they worked with limited hardware was something else… Sadly I was a young drunk and don’t remember much of what he said.

Future generations? Sure. Present day citizens? No. We just last year gained some progress from 2008.
especially coupled with a minumum wage increase.
If we’re ever able to see a wage increase (lol) I can tell you without a doubt it’s not during a recession or afterwards.
I’m so tired of businesses and politicians bragging about job creation. Almost everyone I know works 50+ hours a week just to make it by. What we need isn’t more jobs, we need businesses to close down if the only way they can afford to stay open is starving their employees.
I mean sure. But do know rich people will be fine. The rest of us will be homeless. You’d think that there would be a need to fill the void, but rich people do not care.

21·5 days agoHonestly you only need like a handful of commands to install, update and remove applications. It’s not like your compiling each package by hand (unless you’re into that sort of thing). Also those commands can be located in the documentation.
I’ve spent countless hours in the registry. Linux filesystem is cakewalk compared to the bloated abomination that is system32.

It makes them mad that they have to pay engineers an extremely small piece of the pie. They envy competent individuals that they can’t fool with their grifting bullshit.
Its pretty wacky they attempt to blame ai considering engineers are the most likely to understand how it truly functions.

Weird question but wtf y’all doing around that area?
