2·2 个月前According to Wikipedia you only need a majority of the principal members which narrows it down to 15, basically just the ones with secretary or attorney general in their title. Acting titles can participate as well. Meaning you only need 8 voting yay

2·3 个月前I’m a network engineer and I’m not entirely sure what’s going on. The ip addresses would be visible at some point or it wouldn’t work. I assume they’ve done the simple thing and ran a packet capture but a good chance it’s running through VPN so who knows

12·5 个月前It was both, kit was in it for like 5 total minutes and was in the scene mid or post credits with blade.
Richard Madden was a main character tho and had way more screen time.
It’s not like the rule of law means anything to him but, there is no mechanism that I know of that allows him to cancel elections.
Even if he could, everyone in the houses term would just expire next January. Senators leaving could just be appointed by governors I assume, but again I know of no mechanism to install house members without some sort of election.
Before people jump all over me, I want to repeat, it’s not like he respects the law, but if he did there is no mechanism for him to cancel elections that I know of.
Someone should let him know Texas doesn’t require you to register your party, so you can vote in whatever primary you like
