  • It was done for 3 years in the catalonia region before they were killed by the joint right wing forces of leninists, fascists and monarchists.

So for initial questions about logistical feasibility, that is where to look. Also the black army in ukraine, as well as the zapatistas in chiapas.

A lot of labour does not change, the key difference is an abandonment of the inherited monarchical notion of the nescessity of a single mind to accumulate all information in a region and then command accordingly.

It asks the question, what is there attracting people to central control but fear?, and if there is anything outside of fear such as logistics, which is keeping hierarchy in place, how can we as self controlling individuals come about to achieve and surpass those same structures?

So in this context, your question is a logistical one. I would say that in enquiring about the logistical feasability of a lack of hierarchy, to please consider the extent to which the current world is conditioned for hierarchical operation, and that more liberal conditioning of the surrounding environment is possible. By that I mean that tools, techniques and customs can be developed for the purposes of direct worker democracy, and that in that different environment, it may look quite feasable indeed.

Many of us are concerned with the approach to such a condition, regardless of an unmeasurable feasibility metric, we will never in any moment have a map of the future, as does any political disposition, so this is no detriment to the anarchists.

  • No I do not expect you to show more than they do, but they are not one person, whilst a description of the world might contain a structure of social relations, the notion of nations is a prescription.

You are betraying all of the people who are against the war or are avoiding making themselves into nationalist cogs, your efforts should not be support of sanctions but maintenance of communication with anarchists and growth of horizontal governance both where you are and elsewhere.

  • Pro eu dogmatism is foolishness, construction of 2 sides is foolish.

Critique of the dear brussels leader is not support of the kremlin.

People should be better than siloing the responsibility for their mind away to some temporary heartless representative.

Ignore the disconnect between people affected by these ham fisted measures and the people that should be punished, strongly including those in the kremlin, and you are abandoning your responsibility to mankind.

  • Please feel free to post any problems you have, maybe slightly accumulated if you find yourself having many

Um I would genuinely just read through the manuals for guile and guix, they contain most of the information needed. The guile manual does explain in an introductory section all the basic building blocks you will need. If you will be writing packages, first make sure you have learnt about s-expressions ( they are very cool, think python ast library but foundational to the language), and then read the section in the guix manual about g-expressions.

Probably just download the guix, guile, shepherd and guix cookbook pdfs to have them on hand, or just use the internet to get the ones synced with master branch

There is a guix guile primer available: https://guix.gnu.org/cookbook/en/html_node/A-Scheme-Crash-Course.html

Make sure to read other peoples configs if you can. There are blog posts on the guix website explaining more complex concepts if you ever need them like the monad implementation and how the store works, also how to package rust packages.

Dont worry if youre original asahi setup takes a long time to get together, it took me about 3 months or more before my guix setup was all on par with my fedora one ( waiting for things to be packaged and stuff). But after that 3 months, i have it for life, so when I die I will have saved quite a bit of time i think
