Aeropress? Have something like a Fellow Prisma and slip a paper filter on the metal mesh. The Prisma holds the bean juice in without having to mess around with putting the plunger in to stop leakage

As everybody else says. Go with what you can find if you don’t require gpio.
If you do require gpio and have a usb port handy, there is a module for you: Adafruit FT 232H
Not just me then. Although it is dependent upon the quality of the cloth.

1·1 month agoThe researchers further tested the attack against audio transmitted over Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. With noise suppression disabled, keystroke sounds carried through meeting audio were often sufficient to reconstruct typed text with high accuracy after a few hundred keystrokes, although results varied depending on the conferencing platform and laptop model. The paper notes that some users may still be exposed because advanced noise cancellation features are not always available or enabled.
Not so fast…

But the interference pattern only turns up after multiple detections. Each detection is just a single point on a board. This means that the bacteria are identical down to the atom. Feels bigger than bacteria can be pushed through the double slit experiment?
So. Something something duplicate an existing life form like a quantum photocopier? Or, what does the interference pattern of a bacteria looks like?

World News@lemmy.world•Christian charity says ‘it’s a problem boys don’t rape girls anymore – they rape boys’English
1·3 months agoSo you’re telling me that religion is good and doesn’t do bad things?
Are you telling me that Christianity isn’t pushing homophobic and anti trans hate rhetoric?
Are you next going to tell me that Christianity hasn’t been the harbinger of some of the worst atrocities ever committed?
Let’s look at what the world’s largest organised religion was doing during the second world war, and every decade since.
I agree that ideology is a better term, but given that ideology is a superset of religion, my point still stands, but is expanded. As for donating. Perhaps we shouldn’t fucking need to donate to charities. Also, want to talk about specifics? Salvation fucking army? I’m not going to start searching for counterpoints to your specific cherry picked statements as I’m tired and don’t care enough to argue with strangers.
You could ask your CEO for more info, I think he goes by Pope something or other. I don’t care.
One thing that really annoys me is when somebody says “God told me to tell you …”
If you have a belief in a higher power, then good for you. Follow your own belief though, not what somebody tells you is the way.
Also, don’t tell me that it makes you better than me because you donate to charity. Go look at where most charity finding gets spent.
Consider me schooled.

1·3 months agoYours is the straw man. I said religion, you talk about an individual church. Different things.
The only headlines for religion are the bad news ones. Rarely hear about religions actually giving their money away. Individual churches might, but the religion as a whole - nah.
Throughout history religion has just been a way to consolidate power and dominate populations. They have been responsible for some of the worst atrocities ever committed, and generally take from those who have the least whilst promising a glorious afterlife if they can suffer in this life.
Even now the largest religion in the world still hoards their wealth like a venerable dragon sitting on their piles of gold, deep in their mountain lair.
Even now the largest religion in the world continues to hide and protect paedophiles within their ranks.
As for racism. I don’t care for it. I don’t like scammers, fascists, or liars though.
As to historical buildings. You did know that the largest religion in the world is one of the wealthiest entities, mainly due to convincing lots of the poorest people in society to donate what they can’t afford so that the church doesn’t have to spend.

2·3 months agoNot racist, but not a fan of any organised religion, as most of them are pretty much money grabbing scams. I was just providing additional context as to provenance - could have been from anywhere and would have had the same response from me. Question becomes: would you have replied the same if I had said it was French?

Default answer to colleagues if I’m shit talking with them and they ask a random question.
Short answer, no.
Longer answer, noooooooo.
