I’d believe this scenario could happen in basically southern Alaska, possibly BC along the coast.
Bald Eagles actually do chill like this on the beaches over there, and we got -0800 on the bodycam stamp that indicates PST/PDT, pacific timezone.
Yeah, the outfits look like Juneau police outfits:
I can’t find an actual news article or event, but… 2024-01-08 would be Jan 8th 2024 by US date format, 14:43:13 = 2:43pm… small amount of snow on the pebble filled beach… you can see other islands or what not across the water…

Yeah, seems plausible it’s real. Also plausible that a group of wild animals would confront an unknown figure acting aggressively while ignoring a calm familiar figure.
