I liked Harris. When I was working retail and she’d just won a local office, she came in to buy some holiday gifts. She wasn’t in politician mode, just genuinely interested, unselfish and polite. You can tell a lot about a person from how they treat retail and restaurant workers. She went on to become highly qualified, another reason she was the better candidate.
