      I would imagine that not having a physical indication of your arousal—that is visually obvious through clothing, at least—would allow that happen more frequently, simply because there are no social consequences. You can just stand there and look at someone while throbbing, and no one would ever have to know… as opposed to what happens if I allow myself to get that turned on, and how everyone would know.
