No, we use evidence. Observable evidence. “I think gravity exists.” We experiment. We demonstrate it. We can use it to make predictions. It goes from hypothesis to knowledge even if we don’t completely understand the underlying mechanics of it.

You claim god exists with no evidence, specifically citing the unproven idea that everything must have a cause. Oops, right, everything except god, because he’s special. What’s stopping me from claiming god was created by Jod? Why don’t you believe every unproven claim ever made? Do you believe in unicorns? Leprechauns? Fairies? If not, why not?
