• granting validity to a racist and xenophobic rumor and glorifying violence against minorities

and

• making a poor-taste joke about a terrorist attack that happened a day ago

Maybe the meme would be funnier if disaster girl was wearing a white hood or an Israeli flag to make the motivations more clear.
