I found the artists original work and the sign was very deliberately made vague. You and I both had the correct interpretations, my interpretation was using a different definition of the word “came”. Sorry if I did not make that clear.
The artist deliberately made the front running character “sexualized” with eyeliner and was doubly poking fun at the anti-communist socialist and the “degenerate” modern communist. Reactionary, but a good way to get two birds with one stone.

The “came for” is very clearly referring to the persecution of communists in reference to the poem it is quoting.
There’s nothing sexual about it. There’s nothing misogynistic about it. It is a caricature of an anti-communist “socialist”.
They are celebrating anti-communism from the Left. It’s not subtle so I don’t understand how you missed it.
