    If I was his GF I would probably appreciate 9 months worth of life updates or news- preferably mostly positive.

    The whole “don’t double text” thing doesn’t apply to your partner.

    You can usually go visit people who are sectioned. You can definitely ring up and check whether they are alive or not.

      It’s UK slang.
