It’s nice that FloridaMan had time to reveal his inner racist. Maybe he can understand why Canada wouldn’t touch his state with a 10 metre pole.

Now I’m thinking about companies using footlongs to pull off shrinkflation.

Going to go rent a 14 footlong truck from uhaul.

Well, with America’s current lack of regulation? I’d expect to see that soon! Or companies charging more for the actual spec.

Snowbirds would disagree… They keep traveling from Canada to Florida to escape winter

Travel to the US has dramatically decreased, to the point where WestJet is canceling routes. I also heard somewhere of some snowbirds getting rid of their winter homes. There was one person I know who was in the medical field that sold ther Florida property and bought in Vancouver not long after the COVID pandemic began.

Just because not everyone is doing it doesn’t mean no one is doing it, or whether the impact will be significant.

Insignificant in representation, but to my family the news of my shit bag realtor uncle selling off the palm springs home he’s been crowing about for two decades to move back to the Calgary burbs with the plebes like us is news we’ve been waiting for.

The number of times we’ll have to bring it up, “forgetting” he sold it and asking for the story again, how he had to abandon America for the country he disparaged as a socialist nightmare, will be too high.

My only regret in this ordeal, is that one of these two organizations has to win.

… and I unironically picked FLA last year to win it all after the first round.

Additional context: “He’s said to be at the heart of a stolen $400m pension fund.”

This shit is why y’all need to stop caring what fascists tweet and pay more attention to what they do.

Yeah, the Palestinians are Semites. If anyone is antisemitic, it’s the Zionist colonists who came from Europe. People don’t have beef with Judaism or Israel in this case. They have a beef with genocidal Zionists.

When this whole fucking thing backfires and we end up with a communist revolution, there’s going to be a lot of people in a real big hurry to delete their xitter accounts.

Ive heard that trump is really pissed at Israel for breaking peace now. Real falling out with Netaniahu.

To the point he now signed peace with houthis just for US and left them to attack Israeli ships.

And that Hamas is now working direct with US and Trump will recognize Palestine as independent state. All because Israel violated peace agreement Trump brokered and now wants to take over the rest of the Palestine

The only recent news I’m aware of where the words Israel and Toronto are relevant is university of Toronto faculty voting to divest from Israel, but something tells me this guy isn’t one to keep up with news from academia.
