    That’s true. I’ve heard here that edges (especially corners) are better in this regard. So in this example the top cell seems like the definite best choice.

    EDIT: One thing I didn’t mention in my post is that the cells away from the solved region have an even better safety probability of 80.1%. So the best move might well be to simply start fresh in a new corner.
