I’m using custom fonts and cursors on several sites (and a few images as well), but I just link it to the first one instead of uploading to all… I have no idea if it impacts loading time or if it’s considered bad practice.

Normally I would upload each site with all assets.
Never know if you later want to take down one website and it won’t break your other sites.
