What's a "red rope"? [SOLVED]

Evidence list. Lots of entries that start, “One red rope containing…” eg: “One red rope containing:letter, photo album of girls, photos of island”

Anybody know what a “red rope” is in this context? Pretty sure it’s not the first thing that comes to my mind.

#6 avoid links to social media as sources. Links to twitter must use xcancel.com.
