        I’m switching to neovim. I enjoyed vim my whole life, but I wasn’t crazy enough to make it my main tool. People are saying that neovim is easier in that regard, I guess that’s the push I need to switch

          Vim is amazing, and you can put language servers into neovim. Works like a charm.

    for anyone who’s looking for alternatives and doesn’t fear the shell i really recommend Helix. it’s like vi* but in reverse and comes with batteries included, you only need to install the language servers (and maybe the grammars depending on your distro

    there’s also evil-helix which mimmicks vi style keybindings and more
