There are, they just are gatekept from the electoral system, and censored or are too small without mass billionaire backing to spread their message that far yet. Parties like the Party for Socialism and Liberation do exist and do do work as Marxist-Leninists, but actually growing parties is extremely difficult, with or without state oppression.
