As long as the resources (provided by Germany and others) in Gaza are handled and distributed by local paramilitaries (hamass) - and the same help can be seen as supporting and enabling attacks as the 7th of October (which you conveniently ignore)
then Germany (nor others) should not bear main responsibility helping both of the sides out of the decades old conflict.
