The civil war should just be states wishing to secede & form a new government, and trying to negotiate the terms with the US peacefully first. If they want to make it bloody then that is on them.

So they don’t want to bring this man back because he could now have info on these secret agreements which Trump would have known about when he decided to prevent investigations against the criminals in the US. I understand where you’re coming from, but Democrats need progressives to win. If they leave Democrats, it will be Democrats that will follow them, not the other way around. I don’t think trying to emulate MAGA is such a great idea. I know there are lessons that can be learned there, but I am still confident that a new party with popular progressives & populist policies would do more than trying to change a broken party from within.
