You act like we don’t have crazy atheists that are anti vax, flat earth or any number of things. If you think all religious people are the same then that’s just ridiculous. Are all atheists the same? No no group of people are the same.

Not caring about evidence, on a societal level, leads directly to unnecessary suffering and death. And that goes way beyond vaccines.
