Depicting the sole “feminine” figure making a sexually charged remark is suspect at best, and explicitly misogynistic rhetoric at worst that mimics the classic reactionary line of, “modern women and lgbt are horny degenerates that can’t be real socialists because they make everything about sex!!!”
The character is also a classic strawman that reactionary leftists love to grandstand of the “everyone is a fake communist except for ME, the true heir to Lenin”, line. Very telling they the artist chose to make that figure the only “feminine” one.

I found the artists original work and the sign was very deliberately made vague. You and I both had the correct interpretations, my interpretation was using a different definition of the word “came”. Sorry if I did not make that clear.
The artist deliberately made the front running character “sexualized” with eyeliner and was doubly poking fun at the anti-communist socialist and the “degenerate” modern communist. Reactionary, but a good way to get two birds with one stone.
No, they are using the trope of modern communists being horny-brained and only capable of thinking about sex while making everything sexual. The sign is a double entendre of the person being horny for someone “coming” to/for them.
This is a common reactionary line of attack used against LGBT communists in particular. Eyeliner is also a common trope of depicting sexualized individuals since the makeup is associated with sexual online subcultures.
I can’t tell from looking at it whether it’s supposed to be eyeliner or smile lines around the eyes. Given that the rest of the stick figures are pretty gender-neutral and there’s nothing else that could be considered “feminine” about this one, I would assume the latter.
