Lol, when I wrote “fictional film” I meant that it’s a real work of cinema that tells a fictional story, as opposed to a documentary. Guess I phrased that in a way that might be confusing.

I know I’ve seen this before. This appears to be an AI generated version of a very similar image posted in January of 2023 on Reddit, Facebook, and probably others. I used a combination of Google image search and tineye.com to figure this out. This apparently AI version makes the woman skinnier, removes her sleeves, declutters the background, and adds a black clutch. The history of this meme was tricky to search for because it has blown up in popularity recently (on Instagram, Xitter, Reddit, even YouTube) and Reddit’s history is full of deleted posts.
