Trump and his ilk have a soft spot for Putin and are taking a trick straight from his playbook: destroy enemy morale by attacking their weakest and most vulnerable.
I am curious as to how such a man is removed. Does his tenure end if Trump dies of natural causes? Can he be impeached? Can Congress boot him in another way?
