Your left hand makes an L when you extend your thumb and forefinger. I was also blessed with a mole on the back of my left wrist so it was ingrained pretty early on.
That’s not a bad idea when you have directional dyslexia but I guess you should get them on the correct hands.
Make sure your tattoo artist doesn’t have it before you sit in the chair.

My trick to remember is that ‘port’ has the same amount of letters as ‘left’.
I use “a little RED PORT LEFT in the glass” and green is go and that means STARBOARD!!!
