      regardless of where you’re from, criminalizing drug use leads to people dying. it’s been a fucking disaster in any country it’s been implemented

          where are people gonna buy cigs if you ban them? the black market. who’s gonna go to prison over it? marginalized people. this is already reality in authoritarian countries

                The point is that you’re unable to buy, but you’re not punished for buying. Instead, the seller is punished for selling

                It stops the law from punching down on the addicts being taken advantage of (mostly)

                    You need to be caught with enough that you cannot feasibly use yourself. Having two or three vapes is not enough to be prosecuted. The fact that the individual sells needs to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt
